Mi Casa Home Inspections offers Residential and Commercial Real Estate Inspection services in Austin, all of Travis County, and surrounding areas. We perform inspections on pre-owned existing homes, as well as on new homes, multi-phase construction inspections, one-year builder warranty inspections, and WDI/ Termite inspections.
Mi Casa Home Inspections conducts complete and thorough property inspections, creating comprehensive line item repair lists that review all systems required by the
Texas Real Estate Commission
(foundation, roof, plumbing, electrical systems, and more).
We personally review each report with you, our client,
always conducting a complete walk-through of the property with you
to be sure all of your questions are answered on-site.
We understand that buying a home can be stressful,
and that is why our priority is what we call "Home Buyer Education;"
making sure that you, the home buyer, are thoroughly educated
about the condition of the investment you are about to make.

Jose M. Vasquez, Owner and Professional Inspector, has extensive experience in construction,
home remodeling and repairs,
and structural and mechanical systems.
He participates in numerous continuing education courses in the Real Estate Inspection field each year. Jose is also licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance to conduct VIP insurance inspections, and also performs disaster inspections on behalf of FEMA.
All of our services, including written reports and property walk-throughs,
are available in Spanish at no additional cost!!!
Jose M. Vasquez is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a
Professional Inspector (license #6902).
Jose is also licensed to perform WDI (termite) Inspections by the
Texas Structural Pest Control Board (license #13353).
