What should I expect from my home inspection?
How long will my inspection take?
Our Home Inspections take about three hours to complete, and then an additional one to two additional hours spent with you, the buyer, during an in-depth walk through of the property. During this time we explain our findings to you and discuss repairs, maintenance, and the systems in the home...we are not finished until your questions are answered and your concerns are addressed.

We go above and beyond the standards set by the Texas Real Estate Commission in performing our inspections, and our attention to detail exceeds any of our competition. Your Home Inspection is intended to give you the most accurate information that you will need to make an informed decision about purchasing a property.

Should I be present for the inspection?
Yes, we highly recommend our clients to be present for the inspection; or, at a minimum for the walk through with the inspector.

When will I receive my report?
Our printed reports will be faxed, emailed, or delivered to you within 24 hours of your inspection. All services are also available in Spanish.

Other companies may offer a quick on-the-spot inspection and report, with fancy photos and graphics, but we believe that our time spent with you, face-to-face, is more valuable in making such an important decision.

• We offer flexible scheduling and weekend appointments, and can always accommodate your needs.
• If you are purchasing a home from out-of-town, we will dedicate additional time to discuss your inspection with you over the phone at your convenience. 

Our prices for Home Inspections begin at $220 and at $50 for WDI/Termite Inspections. Pricing is based on square footage and any unique characteristics your home may have; since every property is different, please call us for a quote, and allow us to introduce ourselves to you!
